This place is rich with history and views,because at the time in 13-15th centuries this town was very important trade center,where main roads were crossing,also natural rivers connection made it significant point for traders,warriors and ordinary people. Great place, great view, but nothing else you will find on top. Probably with your arival you will gona see everything the same what you will see when you will climb on top. In summer time you will see green nature, in winter and other season time - not much. Well… another hill of dirt for something in Lithuania… History it’s not fun and...

It's located exactly by the junction of Nemunas and Merkys rivers so You can see spectacular views on the rivers and surrounding forests. It's easily accessible by car and there's a parking area near to it. You can easily have a picnic there - there is a wooden table and some benches to sit on, on the smaller mound on the right hand side...
