Zarasai Library building. Located on the same street as the observation circle. It's not a big one but the view is nice. As we understand Zarasai Region museum is also located in the same building. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the museum.

As all town Zarasai museum is very nice as well.Tourists definitely have to visit it and I think they do.It's place with big and interesting history about this part of Lithuania so it's worth to visit it...
