Aquatower Berdorf — Attraction in Berdorf

Nice Water tower/ learning center/ observation point. -Its a water tower turned into a learned center and observation point. -At the bottom there was a lady sitting at a desk in the small entrance. You have to pay a few euros each to enter. -You can use elevator or stairs. Elevator goes right to the top, stairs goes to the floor second from top. No stairs between the top 2 floors, only elevator. I took the elevator up, and then the stairs down. -The stairs have local young childrens artwork of water related things displayed on them. -The top floor is the observation area, the second from top is the learning room. Learn alot about the local area you can see and how the water tower works. -Free water cooler water in lobby from the water tower. And there is free guide books about the water tower in lobby, be sure to get the right language.

We bought luxembourgcard and it was on the way to the Viaden castle so we visited. Google map was not accurate though, the Duerplatz was 1.1km away from aquatower while you can take the bus to Berdorf, Bif Heisbich (6 mins walk from the tower).

in total there were 2 main floors: 10 and 15. Floor 15 offer a panoramic view of the Berdorf area. It was gorgeous. Floor 10 display more informatic banners, simulations and decorations.

Definitely worth a visit but ONLY IF YOU HAVE SPARE TIME...

Parking in front of the building and also public parking within 250m of the tower (parking technomuseum in maps). 15th floor for observation tower and 10th floor for exhibition, 10 to ground floor = exhibition of kids drawings and articrafts with recyclable products.
