A larger sized playground, ideal for toddlers and up. As usual for luxembourg, the park is well kept and good quality, although some of the items could deserve some maintenance. Visibility across the park is good, and it is fenced. Be aware that if you take smaller kids, it can be very tricky to climb in as an adult to help. There are some areas in the castle where you have no visibility from the outside or the ability to help (loses star). During peak times, it can get crowded. There is a larher greenfield area next to the park, which is often used for picnic/games. Public toilette is available...
Read moreAugust 2019: Nice playground for kids. Bit more garbage lying around and graffiti on the structures but still funny looking. Lots of seats for parents around, water tap and paid public toilet. Parking places around along the streets cost 1 euro per hour between 8 am and 6 pm.

There's barely enough space in the courtyard to set up a measly catapult. Furthermore, the wall perimeter geometry offers no tactical advantage - it's even wide open at some points!
