Visited in the dry, warm season of October staying at Nyala Lodge and were so comfortable and truly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were rustic yet large with warm showers & a well working aircon! The pool was also wonderful for the heat. The reception/bar/restaurant had a classic bush lodge charm to them and we enjoyed our dinner ordered from the kitchen. The staff were also super friendly and helpful! We didn’t see any animals other than vervet monkeys at the lodge but did see a herd of buffalo on a self drive safari and some other antelopes at the watering hole. It’s a very quiet and serene place. We were pleasantly surprised by how well kept the lodge is and even though there’s less animals than the nearby Majete, we would recommend a visit...
