You have the most amazing view and hideout beach that could be recognised around the world but spoiled by the plastic bottles around and rubbish that is left behind by the local after enjoying their picnics and selfies. Kelambu Beach is under the Kudat Tourism Management. Save this place, it's a waste to see such amazing nature being destroyed. Educated the people about cleanliness of the beach. The main feature here is the "double beach" - essentially a sand bar leading out to an island a short distance offshore. Gentle waves wash onto both sides of the sand bar.
The water here is good - green/blue in colour. The sand, while decent enough, is not as nice as that at Kalampunian Beach a short distance away.
