This cave gets its name from the local villager who first discovered it. Langs Cave is normally visited prior to exploring Deer Cave. The entrance to Langs Cave is to the right of the of Deer Cave. A short pathway takes visitors up to the cave entrance. Being a show cave, this cave has a developed trail and internal lighting for the full circuit. However, it’s highly recommended you carry a flashlight/headlamp, particularly if you want to take photos or shoot video. The cave illumination, while lighting the trail, is still quite dim. The trail does a loop through the back end of the cave, where there’s some nice formations to see. Langs Cave is the smallest of the show caves and will normally take about thirty minutes to complete a tour.

Nice cave, some internal lighting and pathways to look at the rock formations which are the main attraction here. Best use of time is to combine with the daily 2pm Deer and Lang cave tours concluding with the bat exodus.

Similar review as for deer cave as you most likely will do them both on the daily afternoon tour to see the bats.

It's about a 45 to 1 hour walk to see the cave along a well maintained path. Along the way your guide might spot some nature to talk about.

Bring some decent walking shoes, water, rain gear and a torch for both navigation of the caves and the return trip in the evening if watching the bats.

There is a toilet, smoking area and small tuck shop near the cave entrance plus plenty of benches to get a view...

Absolutely gorgeous! The rock formations will blow your mind. But I can't give it 5 starts as I was disappointed by the organisation of the tour. First of all, you are not allowed to enter the cave without a guide, even though it is completely unnecessary. Then, the groups are too big, up to 15 people cannot be in the same tiny area at the same time. And last but not least, if I pay for a tour, I'm hoping at least for some interesting kind of information, not only the replica of a tourist booklet. We rushed to the cave and then waited 15mn next the vending machine to allow people to spend there money.. Ecotourism should be about quality, not about squeezing the...

The Lang Cave's beauty is the formation of the limestone, which has accumulated for thousands of years. Lang Cave is the smaller cave among the show caves but here got lot unique stalactites and stalagmites. It's called Lang Cave because spotted by local berawan man name Lang Belarek. Worth to explore for Jellyfish flowstone or look like flowing lava. Inside this cave you see a lot glow worm (sticky look like webs to trap inserts) Hard to take good photos because mulu national park don't allow tripod
