When I was back in Miri two weeks ago, I brought my mom for a short beach stop. And we went here, Luak Esplanade, we used to call it Luak Bay. It’s so different now, with ample parking spaces, restroom facilities and nice food stalls. I went around 5pm in the evening, where there are many families around. It’s best to go around that time, 4.30pm to around 6pm, it gets darker faster here in Miri so by 6.30pm, the sun is down. Morning before 9am is fine too, from 10am onwards is gonna be very hot.
