Pantai Tusan Bekenu — Attraction in Borneo

Our next destination in our road trip was to visit Pantai Tusan @ Tusan Beach, Bekenu. We went there with a high expectation to see the famous rock formation called "Horse Head" which looks like a horse drinking water (first picture). However, out of our knowledge that actually the rock formation unfortunately had collapsed in 2020.

However, we still can see many people still visit this place even though without the rock formation. There is a food court selling food and drinks to the visitors. When we reached the end of the road, the place was under development with the land being cleared. We were way above the beach level, perhaps on a cliff top about 30 metres (100 feet) above. This offered a panoramic view of the beach and South China Sea. The sea was rather choppy, definitely not safe for swimming. It was dusk and there were only a few people walking on the beach.
