Trip started at Bengoh Dam jetty. About 15 mins boat ride to reach the trekking route to Curtain Falls and Susung Falls. A hike for about 30 mins to arrive at Curtain Falls. Very comfortable with big space for relax, swimming, photography etc. After that we proceed to Susung Falls which take an hour or less depending on individual capability. There was a natural photography scene where a person/model can sit on the gigantic rotan swing where we can sit down comfortably for a photogenic shot! Susung Falls is about 4 to 5 stories tall with powerful rushing water. Be very careful going near there as it was wet with mist all over generated by the falling water. Cameras are NOT welcome in this area as the lens blurred all the time. Just use mobile phone camera to shoot. When the sun appears, mini rainbows are visible created by the water droplets. Please don't climb unless you are using safety gears like ropes and helmet....

We were taken here by my nephew and niece! Luckily for us we did not encounter any other visitors during our hike. The solitude added to the trip. Fantastic experience! A natural jungle paradise, with crystal clear water and breathtaking scenery. The waterfalls are amongst the best I have experienced. Will try and visit again b4 I am too old to tackle the trails! The canoe ride across the flooded area created by the dam was fun and reminded me of my childhood travels up Ulu Krian. The guides are locals that were displaced when their Longhouses were covered by the...

Strongly Recommend. We hired a local tour guide to lead us to this place. 30mins boat ride from the dam parking, and about 60mins hike to the waterfall. Simple hike.

The spot of this hike is : Bamboo bridge : Along the hike, you will pass through about 5-6 bamboo bridge, very interesting and a bit dangerous if you slip it, and you might fall into the small river. Just walk with care and you will be safe. Famous Jurassic park photo scenic! Bamboo Chicken : Ayam Pansuh, the a traditional...

Everything is big. The smallest stone is car sized around the waterfall. The height is around 6 storey from water surface to top. No swimming because of deep spiraling water under the waterfall but can take pictures around it. Package is rm250 flat rate for 1-4 person per group. >4 person is rm57 per person with a maximum of 12 person. No walkin and only 2 days or earlier reservation. Contact the bengoh dam authorities for details about reservations.
