I usually do not have a lot of negative things to say about a place. There is always room for improvement, so I cut people a lot of slack. But this place, wooff!

Paid Rm10 to enter. I guess it’s my own fault for not researching this place enough before paying the fee to enter, and for not seeing a big warning at the counter that says no refunds.

The lady at the counter did not greet us in any way. The only thing she said to us was the price of the ticket. I thought little about it, she’s just efficient.

We entered and soon found that some toilets did not have running water. If you’re still thinking of going there despite my warning, do bring wet wipes.

There was a lot of people as there was a family day going on, which was pretty cute to see. They seemed to be having a great time playing games with each other. But that also meant that a small pool nearby was filled with people. Most people also did not have their masks on, which I get since they were having physical activities. But they were in really close proximity.

We walked around to look for another pool, but the only one available had signs that said no entry. So we went back to the counter and tried to ask for a refund. I laughed out loud when I finally noticed the piece of paper saying no refund stuck to the front. This tells me that we’re probably not the first to ask for a refund.

When I asked the lady what we could do because the pool was full of people, she said that there’s another pool. I said, sure but the signs said no entry. She said no, only the non-shaded portions were no-entry. No apologies, no proper customer service etiquette. We thought of going back in but I remembered seeing a kid throw something into the pool, so we decided to leave.

Things are just poorly managed here. If the management sees this review, I really hope you take this seriously. This is not how you...

A renovated place and still has many areas that need to be improved. Eg. the kettle and water heater are not functional (it's good to check everything once you have checked in your unit), no mirror in the unit where I'm staying, and no dustbin is provided, Aircon and fan is working perfectly (The best in the room). The surrounding environment is good. I was staying one night in the jungle chalet named ASAM and am happy that I can walk around with nature. I believe the new and modern units should be well equipped. With the promo price, I will say why not get yourself a good rest and chill in nature? Maybe I will try the new...

The hot spring is great! There are partitions to these pool that provide vary in temperature, from hottest to lukewarm water. There are also changing rooms and toilets that is pretty clean and have water. The downside is that the bottom surface of the pool is clean on some places and quite dirty to some places in the pool. There are chalets quite far from here but there are numerous mosquitoes just walking around the area. There are only 2 pavilions provided near the pool. Since there are only 1 people when we went here, its like we own the pool hehe Overall, with RM10 as entrance fee, it is...
