First of all, thanks for having us. We have so much fun at this museum. The staff also very kind and welcoming. We have a quick chat about history too.

I suggest this place to visit for those parents who want to introduce their kids to early history class and knowledge.

With ample scenery and wonderful facilities, this place deserves 5 stars.

As 2026 will be "Tahun Melawat johor", I would like to give some suggestions.

I want to see this place to give more info and put a QR code for further information. Also make it available in English language.

The visitors is not only come from our beloved country. This place alao have a big tendancy to invite overseas tourist too.

Again, thanks for keeping our history so well and make it documented. Let's make Malaysia great again....

Privately maintained by locals here, where you can learn about the heritage of Bugis people, their ancestors, how they came over to the mainland, artifacts, and collection of Bugis antiques will amaze your visit.

There is also about three food stalls where they serve local dishes and cuisines in a very kampung atmosphere beside the museum. The best dishes certainly Mak Jah's Mee Goreng Mamak Daging and Mee Hoon Goreng Kampung Daging coupled with Pak Ajis's Ginger Pull Tea certainly will make you want more.

Suitable place for people of all ages, families and visitors who come over Pontian to enjoy the village style of...

They do need a little bit of improvement but a small museum like this are individually owned and the upkeep of such place is costly. There's no entrance fee. You can find a great collection of cutlery, old Magazines, novels, weaponry and so on. I'm a museum enthusiast so I'd love for people to just go and visit it but if you're not interested in history, you don't have...

Want to know about Bugis culture? Have a visit here. A lot of artifacts and information here. Spending your holiday time should be nice at this history museum with your children and family. Free entry but consider to donate some money for renovations and other else. There is some stalls/cafeteria beside and the toilet is behind the museum.

Lots of Bugis artifacts and history are on display. No tickets required. The museum is located next to a seaside.
