We had an unforgettable experience here! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and it was clear that they genuinely care about what they do. Being a family-run business, you really feel the personal touch in every aspect of the tour. Everything was well-organized, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

The boat ride was exciting, with the guide taking us to the best spots along the river to see the fireflies. The night sky and serene landscape added a magical touch to the adventure. The tranquility of being out on the river, far from the city's noise, was something truly special.

Once back at the reception, we were able to purchase lanterns, write our wishes on them, and release them into the sky—a beautiful and unforgettable part of the experience. This activity is perfect for families, especially with kids, or even for a romantic evening. The staff ensures that safety is a priority, while still making the experience both fun and educational.

A huge thank you to our guide, June, who shared so many fascinating details about fireflies in multiple languages, ensuring everyone had a great understanding of the experience. She even pointed out wildlife like monitor lizards and an owl—such a nice touch! We also want to thank Michele and Marco for guiding us through the lantern ceremony. My family of 3 adults and 3 children had a wonderful time at Kota Tinggi Firefly Park. The trip was supposed to be yesterday but we couldn't make the timing and had to postpone to today at 7.30 pm. Once again, we were unable to arrive 15 min in advance but luckily we were there 5 min before and still able to get our tickets at the counter. Through the whole booking process via WhatsApp, the person on the other end was very patient and accommodating. The price was at RM20/adult and RM12/child (2 year old and above) which are similar to prices by Klook.

We had good weather and managed to see many fireflies during the boat ride which lasted about an hour. Throughout the boat ride, everyone was fitted with life jackets and the guide ensures that the boat is balanced before setting off. The boat ride was very educational as the guide explained about the fireflies in detail. Do remember to switch your cameras from auto flash to flash off mode as several visitors accidentally used flash photography which is harmful to the fireflies.

After the enjoyable boat ride, we boat fireworks and some souvenirs at the shop. As younger Singaporeans, we never got to play with fireworks, so this was an exciting experience both for adults and children. Not to worry, the shop owners will guide you on how to safely ignite the fireworks.

The shop also sells sky lanterns (天灯) which you can write and release into the night sky. It is a popular activity at Taiwan's ShiFen (十分) and they also have it here. There were several guests who did it but we didn't.

Worth the experience! Staff is rather less than 10 person. But they managed to handle the crowd, giving the explanation, cashiering, souvenir and all the boat with crowd flows. Ambiance is decent. Maintained. Can be improved. Got necessary such toilets, selling can drinks etc. Souvenir shop selling merchandises at quite a good rates, not too expensive. Fireflies- good time that we came the fireflies was sooo many of it! At everything different locations there are alot of fireflies, many trees are more merrier than Christmas tree. And if u in luck, u can see the sleeping monitor lizard on a tree as well! The tour guide also explaining well, with triple language to ensure the guest understands. And side jokes too! 😆 The boat ride - boat conditions was ok. Safety is always important, life jacket provided. The boat rides also pretty slow and steady, stop at several locations whereby the fireflies are alot. Customer service- i can say with this small manpower, they have good customer service. Smile, honour and have their level best to get the customers to have fun and educate. Other things you can do - souvenirs shops sells variety of merchandise, including lanterns. U can decorate and write on your wishes, and they help you to light it up, and even take photos / videos for you! Thank you, and will definitely recommend to others for this tour.
