Senta Adventure Camp & Resort — Attraction in Johor

Having a really bad experience throughout our two days one night stays over here, especially the foods that served us for breakfast and the services given by the staffs who are working here. Firstly, the amount of mosquitoes at the dining hall during nighttime are insane. There isn’t anything be prepared for us to repel the mosquitoes. When we were telling this situation to the staff, he just said it was because of the rainy day. Mosquito repellent incense was only given until we asked the staff. Eventually, eight of us be the victims of mosquitoes bites. Beside that, two of us got injured during ATV session however the first aids given such as antiseptic cream and alcohol pads all were expired in 2022 and 2023 February. When we telling the staff who given us the first aid kit, he answered me in an impatient tone said that it still can be used as it’s just apply on the surface of the skin not consuming it into our body. He still giving me nonsense explanations even when I asked him that what’s the purpose of labeling expiry date by the manufacturer if it doesn’t matter. What he said really makes me felt speechless. Apart from that, the prices that charged us for the three meals were overpriced and not worth at all. Please take a look on the types and the portions of foods provided, is it reasonable for eight pax guests? The charges for breakfast was RM20/pax, RM30/pax for lunch and RM80/pax for dinner. We wouldn’t choose to have meals here if we knew that the foods and services sucks. Toilet roll for female washroom was only replenished when I telling the worker. Last but not least, most of the staffs there seems just go there for vacation instead of working. They just left us alone without giving us proper service and assistance throughout our stay there. I can’t imagine if there’s anything happened. This is my first and last time of staying here. This is a place more for teenagers and adults to enjoy. Quite a few activities can be played such as free fall, zip line, climbing, archery tag, cycling. Only fishing and kayaking may not be able to play as it is depending on the tide level. If water level not high enough, you may not be able to enjoy these two activities though they are included in the day pass. Also got a swimming pool, but no shades, so can be very hot during the day. You can choose just play the activities during the day from 8am to 6pm. If you choose to stay overnight, pls note that no food option onsite for small group and need to bring your own toiletries as they don't provide in the room. We had tried 4 pax chalet, only towels provided. Overall the room is jusy basic function only, don't expect high standard. The aircon also can't keep for longer hours as it may trip off the electricity of the room. I had experienced twice, once during the day and once during the night. I need to wake during middle of night to on the electrical power box in the room. But my teenagers still enjoyed the...

thankyou for the great service and accommodation throughout 3days 2nights for teambuilding. everyone are happy with the room & food. just for the cleanness, certain utensils are not clean and oily maybe need to wash carefully. overall for the outdoor activities, they were happy and the trainers are very helpful. Furthermore, uncle lim also very helpful. he immediately give me assistance in every request that we asked same goes to staff namely rafiq if im not mistaken. will recommend to our management to plan our future staff engagement activities at senta.
