Ruza Agrotech (Agrotourism) — Attraction in Kedah

rm10 to enter only aqua themepark, rm10 to only enter zoo and rm15 for zoo with unta & photozone. full access rm25. but people with only 1/2 access can easily access other places because no one’s incharge.

im not writing this to corrupt anyone, but please make it better. first, the entrance was ok. shabby but after the buggy ride it was okay but still kinda unsafe by how the buggy looks. after we arrived at photozone, the place looks uh (not worth it) there’s only 1-3 photozone that looks “okay” to take pictures with and the other were so basic.

there were rabbits full of blood stains and so dirty. from photozone u can rent a small buggy/bicycle. rm10-25 for only AN hour. the place to places are so far and they expect to charge that much.

we cant help but rent it because our journey to mini zoo was so long it’s so far (buggy is so shabby and waiting for its time to come) the mini zoo was so disappointing. animals were locked in, caged, dirty and looking depressed. u want to enter cat house? pay rm10. you want to come inside and play a small playground? pay rm10. everything starts at rm10???

after i sent my fam to the aqua side, i need to return the buggy since i dont want it to be overdue and waited for another free buggy to go back to aqua side.

aqua side was FULL OF FLIES 😭 the foodie side was so so so dirty. and the food were so expensive. bihun soup tasted good but the portion was like a kid’s meal. nasi was just ok. air gas rm4, maggie cup for rm5 and if u want them to cook it for you, pay more. cabana (a place to sit) at aquaside started from rm20+ even a pondok is rm20, u even need to pay to sit at a very small pondok. the pool was ok looking ok but can u imagine how the parents feel with the surrounding? they said rented buggy cant go past aqua side but there’s literally people who easily ride there and take pictures with buggy. if want it to be strictly paid, then be systematic. its not fair for people who paid for full access. nothing soecial about it!

staff were nice. no complaints but the place is just, sorry to say, so bad. i would not come again to this place. i think if u love unorganised kampung styled zoo and you’re rich RICH. this is a place for u. i could spend 1k if i pay for everything with family here. i feel like the only free thing is a toilet. so disappointed. i thought by paying rm25 i can get real full access…. but it just a different waistband. no one cares about it. what a waste of land. u guys should open fasa 1-2 and make it BETTER before u open until fasa 6. pondok should be free. food should be less expensive.

bad experience but here’s a good memory i got from here. 1-the moment when i ride a rent shabby buggy for an hour with my fam because my brother is a funny tour guide. 2- a staff asking another staff to stop working so we can see the horses (who looks depressed🙂‍↕️) the staff was so nice he smiled and take care of his customers so i can take it to my heart.

that much of check points but i only have 4 photos of things there. a horse, running duck, an empty road and me riding buggy. there’s no even ootd worthy spot hahaha. overall just bad, im gaslighting myself...

Pros: Ample car parking spaces. Cheap entrance fees: RM5/person (petting zoo), RM1/person/trip for 'tram' between entrance and attractions. Has potential, saw a lot of construction going on for more attractions. Very spacious, good for family activities, and enjoying countryside vibes. Many spots good for taking pictures. Many plants, if you like them 🤣.

Cons Entrance and activities uses coupon system, sold in bundle of RM12, RM15, RM20, RM30 & RM50. Extra coupon are not exchangeable back to cash (might have extras after your visit is finished). They said there's no expiry date on the coupons, but the expiry date is stamped at the back of the coupon (2028 in our case). Petting Zoo is a bit misleading, since none of the animals can be pet. All of them are kept in cages. Most of them seems slightly underfed (maybe, I'm no animal expert).

Overall: Would be interested to visit again when everything is completed, to fully enjoy the experience. May Allah...

A simple and budget services. This area was so big of the area that divided into 6 phase of their area. We need to wait for buggy to go to our selected checkpoint.

So called buggy but its an innovate used car @ serena car used to send us at every checkpoint.

I bring my family here during weekdays. Target to phase 5 where kids swimming pool available here now.

If you arrived here, just search ruza agrotech kulim. Then go their counter ticket to select phase option. Kids friednly were phase 2 (indoor playground and phase 5 (kids swimming pool).

You may check at my photo uploaded, management may take serious on severals equipment and tools that open for kids usage.

Cleanliness and hygiene were quite bad seems I came on monday. Supposedly they re actively do cleaning @ minor maintenance to technical part but I can said the condition for certain tools/equipments are pro long with stagnant condition.
