We went on the Sunset Cruise with Crystal Yacht on 14/12/21. We were glad that we went on the cruise. It was a great experience. The captain and the crew were very friendly. However, there was one incident that we weren't too happy about. We had a shuttle to and fro from the hotel on the day. We were in time but was delayed due to another pick up at another hotel. There was another group of passengers who do not know how to respect other people's time. We and the driver waited for them about 20-30 min! Although this is no fault of the driver, I think the company should be strict with the pick up timing and put a clear instruction that client needa to be there at a certain time and failure to do so, the client would have to make their own arrangements for transportation. What frustrates us even more, the same group of people made us wait another good 20 minutes after we disembarked from the cruise.No apologies,nothing! A must visit place when in Langkawi. It's a sea cruise during sunset time which also includes dinner. It's a boat with two levels where people can lay back and relax in the amazing nature around. We had around 20 people in the boat. The cruise would depart at around 5.30 pm and last for 3 hours. There is option for one to get into the water as well, in the net they put in water.
