Read moreExcellent tour experience. Booked in advance - private boat for 4 hours only 500RM - bargain.
Boat tour starts with trip out to sea (spotted a dolphin) and then takes in Mangrove itself, eagle feeding, monkey spotting, bat cave, alligator cave, fish farm and snorkelling. Knowledgable guide who can provide explanation and commentary as required.

The fish farm bit is a bit odd. Depending on the package you may get a basic lunch there included. Otherwise food and drinks available - 5RM for a Coke Zero. They show you the tanks of fish etc.
Make sure to check out the various landmarks - geo park sign, gorilla mountain etc. trip to sea is fun, phone can’t decide if in Malaysia or Thailand…
Boats are fast, but ride is smooth. Life jackets are available if you prefer.

Which is why the Mangrove Tour is a must-do item for anyone on a holiday in the paradise island...
