During our short vacation in Dabong, our tour guide brought us to Lata Kertas, a scenic waterfall spot. It was a hot and sunny day, and taking a dip in the refreshing water would have been perfect, but since we didnāt bring a change of clothes, we decided to just walk around and take photos instead.
We spent about 30 minutes exploring the area, enjoying the natural surroundings. Thereās also a small hanging bridge, which adds a nice touch to the scenery, though itās quite short.
One important noteāour guide mentioned that there have been drowning cases involving kids here, so if youāre visiting with family, please keep an eye on your children at all times. The water may look calm, but safety should always come first.
Overall, Lata Kertas is a nice quick stop for those who enjoy nature. If youāre planning to swim, come prepared with a change of clothes. Otherwise, itās a decent place to take some photos and enjoy the atmosphere before heading to your next...
