The mosque is really beautiful especially at night. But unfortunately we had unpleasant experience during our visit on 26th August 2025. 5 of us (myself, my wife and 3 kids - two of them is 4 years old) reached the mosque praying hall around 9.10pm. I walked to the security guard, given salam (didn't even return my salam) and I asked him what is the closing hours. He said close at 10pm. I quickly rush my wife to go upstairs (female area) to perform her Isya' while myself with my 3 kids turned back to take ablution. 4 of us walked into male prayer hall around 9.20pm and the security guard is still sitting in front of the prayer hall entrance. Once i started my first rakaat, suddenly all lights, air-conditioned and tv's had been switched off. My small kids immediately said: dad, we scared. It's dark. However we managed to complete our prayer. When we walked out from the prayer hall, security is no longer at his place. After around 10 minutes, my wife came down from level 1 and she told me, she prayed in darkness too and she was the only person on that floor.
To the mosque's management, please look into this. Your security guard has no manners and courtesy. Time is not even 10pm and yet all the lights, air-conditioned, tv's, lights at women's staircase were all switched off. Disappointing first visit!
Note: refer to picture attached. The clock (on the right side) shows 9.41pm, we took a picture just before we...
Read moreI would say one of the most beautiful mosques I've ever seen and visited. It is quite well taken care of. I think they have staff, gardeners and cleaners working everyday to keep the mosque area clean.
Plus it has opening hours from 6am to 10pm. Maybe that's why the mosque can be kept clean most of the time. The exterior is pretty and the interior is quite nice too. My wife and I came in the morning for a visit, so we just prayed solat sunat just to get the feel of the mosque. The men's prayer area is on the ground level, and the women's prayer area is at the top. I believe there's an elevator too which was great. Overall, it was a great experience.
Every area of the mosque texture wall is quite nice and detailed. But I don't know how they can keep the walls clean off of water streaks if it rains often. It's still clean haha. And the whole mosque is in white cream colored. Amazing care.
I'm sure at night the lighting is pretty too but we didn't stay until night. So, getting to visit here during the day is good enough 👌
So, come and visit here if you have the time. If you're from KL, come in the early morning on weekdays, and go have breakfast first nearby, there's a place called Restoran Anak Nogori. Pretty good roti sarang burung and lontong. Only 14 mins away from this mosque. And then you can come back to the mosque for...
Read moreTruly one of incredible mosque in Malaysia that I had the pleasure of visiting recently. Its architecture is simply breathtaking, with beautiful domes, elegant minarets, and intricate interior design, making it a true masterpiece.
The mosque offers ample parking space, although it might get limited on weekends or holidays. There's a lot of room for photography, with the spacious prayer area providing comfort and peace. The restrooms are conveniently located downstairs outside the mosque, and there’s an elevator to the upper floor where a dedicated women's ablution room is situated close to the prayer area.
The mosque, which opened in 2019, was a generous gift from Tan Sri RHB. It’s well-maintained, with clean facilities and a serene atmosphere, making it an ideal place for anyone to visit. The special toilet for the disabled, located near the lift below the women's prayer area, ensures that all guests are well taken care of.
I highly recommend visiting Masjid Sri Sendayan to experience its majestic beauty and peaceful...
