Concrete walkway/running track is quite clean but lake has floating trash. Still, the grass is always cut short and clean. Soil is quite soft if its raining so dont come post rain or you'll have soil stuck on your shoes.
Nevertheless if it is empty you can maintain running in the concrete walkway but your knee will suffer long term. I suggest find a proper stadium track for running or run on the soil as much as possible.
-1.5 star for trash floating on the lake. -0.5 star because not proper running track (some are not even so be careful). No pics as I'm lazy.
