Temuan Hills Glamping — Attraction in Negeri Sembilan

I hope the owner/in charge person read my review for better improvement of the glamping and also for the thriving of the business. For background story, me and my friends stay over the weekend and booked all the unit except for one. This is my 3rd glamping experience and I rated this as mid luxury glamping (I personally stayed at the Jati unit-the most expensive unit available at the chalet) For the pros : -Friendly and helpful staff We booked for bbq (at extra charge), the staff help us to start the fire and the chic and lamb were nice (that comes with bbq sauce) we grilled them ourselves We also ordered pizza for our dinner which tasted good We also have a good ATV ride session (at extra charge) which is also suitable to bring along small kids. The staff is very experienced in handling the ATV and kind enough to help to take photos and videos. Overall awesome ATV experience. The owner also allow us for late check out as the ATV finished a bit late due to raining in the morning.

For the cons : (for better improvement and sustenance ) Glamping area was NOT PROPERLY RESTRICTED for INHOUSE GUEST ONLY. The area is flooded with the cafe customers who are taking pictures and got some of them smoking in front of the tent which disturbed our privacy. There should be line/ some small fence to guard/ mark the area from outsider. The price is decent and we need to respect the people who is paying money to stay comfortably without disturbance.

There is 4 unit that shared toilets among them (weekend price range RM 349-459), however the most disappointing aspect is the toilets were ALSO SHARED WITH THE CAFE CUSTOMERS. Also the toilet did not have hot shower provided. I have been to one glamping in Perak that offered cheaper price

We check in on weekends last week. Our stay was okay, the tent is spacious and we were very satisfied. However, the service especially masa kitaorg makan dinner and breakfast the next day is not a very good experience.

Kitaorg book a meja for our dinner that night (assuming ramai) and we order siap2. But smpai2 je, there were no table was reserved for us and even the staff asked us back if we ada reserve. We have to wait for another 30 mins for them to prepare the food (baru nak start masak). The portion and the harga pon mcm a bit overprice, we pay mahal2 tpi dpt small pizza and spaghetti sikit which compare to other customer punya review.

For the breakfast pon, kami ada bayar for extra 2 org for RM30/person and sangat tak berbaloi for RM30 just dapat nasi lemak, kuih2, roti toast and roti canai. And the part yang buat kami rasa lagi tk berbaloi when (tk sure makcik nie your employee ke apa) said to us, jangan amik telur banyak2 nanti tak cukup??. So why we pay RM30 but cannot tambah, kalau mcmtu jgn buat buffet and on that weekend ramai guest supposedly u dah boleh estimate brp banyak u kena sediakan and cukup utk ditambah.

improvement yang i suggest is, bila customer reserve and order mention awal2, that the makanan will be prepared after customer dah smpai kedai or lagi bagus change the system, u kan estimate when nk prepare the makanan, for spaghetti tkut dh sejuk pre-heat balik before serve and the pizza u prepare 15 mins early (depends on how u masak) by the time customer smpai the pizza still panas.

For the breakfast pulak, maybe boleh hidangkan makanan ikut per head (if tak ramai, boleh check with the list of guest u having that day). klau ramai, then baru buat buffet but sediakan extra portion sbb mmg akan ada guest yg akn nak tambah.

i hope who is incharge baca comment2 ni take a big step to improve your services, cuz the place is already...

This could be a 9/10 experience but due to some reason all i can say is it become a 6/10 experience for me. Lovee the calm of nature you got here, unfortunately there’s no proper receptionist area to check in, we ended up standing and waiting 15-20 mins in the cafe area waiting for the person in charge to check in.

The tents could’ve be better and be more well maintained. Our glamping tent is all worn out and full of black dots which is veryyy unpleasant to see (can see from one of my video here). There’s portable aircond provided in the tent but personally it’s not enough to accommodate the size of the tent especially during hot day, but for ‘glamping’ concept i guess one aircond is acceptable as it is.

Shower; i wish it could be build up taller cause it is definitely not tall enough for those higher than 165cm ✌🏻

BUT!!! the food here all were amazing! Neopolitana pasta 9/10 Temuan beef pizza 10/10 (still soft even after over night) Breakfast nasi lemak 8/10 Coffee 7/10

However, the service for food also were veryy slow on the day of our visit. Ordered dinner at 6.45pm, were promised to be served by 8.30pm. When we go and ask at 9pm the girl with no guilt answer “oh pizza will be ready at 10pm”. I wish she could’ve informed us instead. We ended up received our pizza at 11pm after few times asking, which is very very disappointing.

No proper instructions were given for breakfast as well. Can see few guest from other tents also we’re clueless what time breakfast will be served.

With proper improvements on the services, this place could be a nice getaway spot with really nice meals! Hope they can do better and improved! Will definitely come back for...
