X Park Port Dickson — Attraction in Negeri Sembilan

Much improvements are needed in order for us to even consider going back again. The issues we encountered were as follows: Unfriendly and unprofessional staff - It seems like our present/ visit poses a huge inconvenience to them. There were no greetings and they were very reluctant to even give us simple guidelines and instructions for the ATVs. It seems like all they wanted to do is sit around their table and just be on their phones Issue with the go kart - The go karts have definitely seen better days. The go karts were very shaky and it feels like as if the entire thing is going to fall apart anytime soon. Not only that, my partner’s go kart stopped working half way and it took the staff a solid 5 minutes to try and work out the issue and then proceeded to swap my partner’s go kart to a working one. You would think that they would let him enjoy the extra 5 minutes that was lost due to their inefficiency but no, his experience had to be cut short. I know 5 minutes doesn’t seem too long but every minute counts when you have paid good money for a 10 minutes go kart course. It should be their responsibility to ensure that the go karts are working well and they should’ve been more attentive and efficient to help solve the issue so that there was no unnecessary waste of time. My partner only get to go for a round after they swapped him over until they told us our times were up. We even went on a weekday where there were nobody else there but us

All in all, it was a very disappointing visit. To all future and potential visitor, there are other places in the same area that offers the same activities and I highly recommend going else...

I recently visited X Park Port Dickson and had an amazing time! The park offers a variety of thrilling activities, including ATV and GoCart Rides, paintball, and archery, among others.

The ATV and GoCart rides were a highlight of my visit. The trails were well-maintained and provided an exhilarating ride through the lush forest surroundings. The staff ensured that everyone was equipped with the necessary safety gear and provided clear instructions before each ride.

The paintball and archery activities were also a lot of fun. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the staff provided clear instructions on how to use it. The courses were well-designed, challenging, and made for an exciting and competitive experience.

Aside from the activities, the facilities were also top-notch. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and there were ample seating areas for visitors to relax and take a break between activities.

Overall, I had an amazing time at X Park Port Dickson and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling outdoor adventure. The staff were friendly and helpful, the activities were exciting, and the facilities were excellent. It's definitely...

We visited this go-kart track as a family with teenagers (ages 13 to 18), and overall the experience could have been better. The staff were friendly, and the covered roof made a big difference, no glaring sun or risk of sunburn. The ride itself was about 10 minutes, which felt just right for a fun session, and the track was well maintained.

That said, I do feel there are important safety issues that need attention. The karts do not have seatbelts, and there’s no protection for the heated bar directly behind the seat. My 13-year-old cousin had an accident when his kart hit the tyre wall. Because there was no seatbelt, the impact threw him forward and he ended up with a bruised chin, bleeding gum, and scrapes on his hands and knee. Later, my daughter burned her arm when she got off the kart, not realizing how hot the bar behind the seat was.

We appreciate the staff’s efforts, but I strongly hope the operator will introduce proper safety measures and briefings before rides such as installing seatbelts, covering the heated bar, and providing clear warnings to riders. These small steps would make the experience much safer and allow families like mine to fully enjoy it with...
