Lavender Garden – one of the most talked about tourist attractions in Cameron Highlands. Pay for entrance ticket RM15 (Adult) , RM10 (Child). (price as per 15 October 2019) and you get to enjoy the scene of beautiful Hokkaido lavender and Mona Lavender farm in super small scale. A little similar to Lavender Cottage in Xinshe, Taiwan too, with plenty of room of improvement if we were to compare.

How to go Cameron Lavender: It is along the main road from when you coming up from Tanah Rata Brinchang Keafarm Tringkap. When you see Butterfly Farm Cameron Square Mall Ee Fung Gu Bee Farm on your right, then Cress Water Farm, continue to drive for like 10 minutes. The big signage of Lavender Garden will be on your left. Hardly miss.

The garden started with lavender from Hokkaido Japan and then Mona Lavender. There’s some Taiwan lavender near to the slope path, but not blooming nicely, probably due to the season.

Purple, red and yellow plants along the way can frame up to really beautiful pictures but sadly, they block the best photo spot with a “pay money we take photo for you” booth. Typical tourist place

There is a small path visitors can to walk into. Just, we felt the corner is rather difficult to get desired angle.

Must do when in Lavender Garden Cameron Highlands – buy lavender ice cream and take photo with lavender flowers as background.. Strawberry flavour is available too.

Post boxes in the shape of wooden house, each signifying love, wealth and health.

Walking up the slope, we were welcomed by a larger space with countless sunflowers… and these adorable purple pinkish plants

You can pluck your own sunflower if you like them, and you can also self pluck the strawberry!!!

3D mural art that adds fun to your Cameron Lavender Garden trip. There’s strawberry and vegetable farm further down but we didn’t pay a visit as it was raining heavily. There’s also a small cafe for drink and cakes, not impressive though.

You can buy home souvenirs at the shop before exit – fridge magnet, plush dolls, strawberry jam, berry jam, juices and so forth.

Worth a visit? OK la. Afterall the entrance fee isn’t that expensive, can go in once but will not return. Pretty good for family activities when in...

Fragrant Escape in the Cameron Highlands: A Review of Lavender Garden

Nestled amidst the cool hills of Cameron Highlands, the Lavender Garden offers a delightful escape for all senses. While not a vast park, its charm lies in the vibrant tapestry of lavender blooms and colorful flowers.

Here's what I loved: A feast for the eyes:The star of the show, of course, is the lavender. Rows upon rows of fragrant purple flowers create a stunning visual, perfect for capturing envy-inducing vacation photos.

More than just lavender:The garden boasts a variety of other blooms, adding pops of color and texture to the landscape.

Relaxing atmosphere:The gentle scent of lavender and the cool mountain air create a calming and refreshing ambiance.

Activities for all:Whether you're looking for the perfect photo opportunity, a relaxing stroll, or a chance to learn more about lavender, the garden has something to offer everyone.

Gift shop and cafe:Take home a piece of the experience with lavender-infused souvenirs or indulge in a refreshing lavender ice cream at the on-site cafe.

A few things to keep in mind Limited size:Compared to some sprawling gardens, the Lavender Garden is on the smaller side. However, its charm lies in its quaintness and focused theme.

Potential for crowds: Due to its popularity, the garden can get crowded, especially during peak season.

Overall, the Lavender Garden is a charming escape in the Cameron Highlands. It's a great place to relax, take in the beauty of nature, and learn more about this fragrant herb.

I would recommend this place to: *Anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to visit in the Cameron Highlands. Photography enthusiasts. Families with young children.

Tips: Visit during the cooler hours of the morning or evening to avoid the crowds and heat. Wear comfortable shoes as the paths may be uneven.

I hope this review helps you decide whether to visit the Lavender Garden on your trip to the...

Visiting the Cameron Lavender Garden was a delightful experience that immersed me in a world of vibrant colors and soothing fragrances. Located in Brinchang, Cameron Highlands, this picturesque garden spans over 5 acres and offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. As I entered the garden, I was greeted by rows of blooming lavender fields, their purple hues contrasting beautifully against the lush greenery of the highlands. The scent of lavender permeated the air, creating a calming atmosphere that was both refreshing and invigorating. In addition to lavender, the garden features a variety of other flowers, including hydrangeas and roses, adding to the visual feast. The garden also offers a range of lavender-infused treats at its café, such as lavender ice cream and lavender cheesecake. While the ice cream had a distinct floral flavor that might not be to everyone’s taste, it was a novel experience worth trying. One of the highlights of my visit was the opportunity to pick fresh strawberries at the on-site strawberry farm. Walking along the elevated metal scaffolding to reach the strawberry beds was a unique experience, and the strawberries were juicy and sweet. For those interested in souvenirs, the gift shop sells a variety of lavender-based products, including essential oils, perfumes, and plush toys. The garden’s whimsical features, like the love-lock bridge and 3D mural art, provide fun photo opportunities for visitors of all ages. Overall, the Cameron Lavender Garden offers a charming and family-friendly destination that combines natural beauty with interactive experiences. Whether you’re a nature enthusiast, a photography lover, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, this garden is a must-visit spot in the...
