Gopeng Agrotech — Attraction in Perak

Gopeng Agrotech offers a delightful agro-tourism experience, perfect for families and nature lovers. The farm is home to a variety of animals, including majestic peacocks, camels, playful goats, and geese, providing visitors with a fun and educational experience. The well-maintained animal enclosures allow for close-up interactions, making it an enjoyable visit, especially for children.

While the farm does have vegetable crops, the variety seems somewhat limited. Additionally, those hoping to see grapevines in full bloom might be disappointed if visiting during the off-season, as grapes were not available during our visit.

One of the highlights of the trip was the pink guava, which stood out for its fresh, sweet, and juicy taste. We couldn’t resist buying some to bring home, priced at RM20 per kg, and it was definitely worth it.

Overall, Gopeng Agrotech provides a great outdoor experience with interesting animals and some fresh farm produce, though the variety of vegetables and seasonal fruits may vary depending on the time of visit.

My family and I missed the chance to experience our short vacation here due to miscommunication between us and the staff involved. I had asked and clarified whether the place will be available on Monday and Tuesday and the staff assured us that the activities will still be held on both days and there would be workers there. However, when we came on Monday, the foreign workers informed us that the place was closed for visitors, and they were not informed about any customers who would be staying there for 2d 1n. Great place to visit for outdoor activities; suitable for family, couples and friends who like animals 🤩 The entrance fee is RM5 per person; you can choose to pay RM5 extra to interact with capybara, and there is diff vehicles to ride inside (with extra charges) such as ATV.. Theres goat🐐 , chicken🐓 , ducks🦆 , camel🐪 , rabbit 🐇 and others animals…most animals are free to walk around or some will be caged at their area with fence; tourist are free to walk around to explore themselves There is a few staff walking around, they were very helpful: they actually gave us some “kuazi” (sunflower seed) to feed the birds; the birds will definitely land on your hand to eat kuazi...
