Compared to a few others museums we visited in Malaysia, this is among the best museum with plenty of information about the Perlis state and their royal family. The landscaping is very good, surrounding is nice and clean. The museum is built on the site of the Kayangan Fort, and it is surrounded by stone hill. Its artifacts is less, but all the item displayed is very well maintained and explained. The design is one of the best we have seen in Malaysia. Artifacts are located in a few buildings where visitor need to be prepared to take some walk around the museum area. Suggest to bring some umbrella as it can be very hot in Perlis. If you are the type of knowledgeable traveller, this is a must come spot during your visit to Perlis. It is also a perfect spot for Insta...
