I'm a mountain biker so I can only comment on the mountain biking. It's a great place for mountain biking and looks like a great place for skateboarding, BMX, inline skating, and rock climbing. There's even potential for trail running on the mountain bike trails. Although I'm not sure whether that's permitted.
The mountain bike trails have great signage, and recently added warning signs on trails have improved safety.
Great variety of trails but some can be cardiovascularly challenging so you should at least be of decent fitness to ride the trails. Not many scenic vistas but the trails themselves are a joy to ride.
Also, the mountain bike/skate bowl facility (which is separate from the rock climbing facility) has decent showers and a bike wash so you have to option to shower and wash your bike post ride. I don't know if the rock climbing facility also has showers, as I've never been to it.
There's even bike rentals at the pro shop, as well as a small cafe to refuel.
Best of all, its all free (except for the bike rental and bike wash, of course).
Pros: Most amenities are free Clean showers (although, being a public amenity, I would definitely still wear slippers) Bike wash facility Fun, clearly marked trails + good signage Bike rental Free parking
Cons: Trails require decent fitness to fully enjoy Not many...

Read moreRated as one of the best in Asia, so we had to pay a visit. Parking was easy. Well designed. A wide flat open space on the left with a raised viewing gallery. And on the right a lovely muti-terraced skate/roller/bmx rink. Lots of curves, flats, bowls ans rises. Surface is textured so there's grip even after a light drizzle. Toilets on-site. This park also leads to a mountain biking/bmx dirt bike track on a hill behind. There's a bay where you can hose-down after ride. Be sure to bring your own drinking water and kit-up appropriately - a helmet, open finger gloves and long trousers and sleeves are recommended. Lots of skateboard enthusiasts here showing the ropes to others or their...
