Hiking Mount Trusmadi via Sinua trail can arguably considered the most extreme hike ever in Sabah.
The cost for hiking is acceptable. This will depend on your itinerary.
Tips; Train well for a hard AND long hike. Prepare essential items like flashlight, good hiking shoes, raincoat, extra foods and energy drinks. Weather will be cold once you've arrived Camp 2, and the early morning hike will starts around 1-2am the next day. Strongly suggest you choose the package with food to avoid tiring cooking activities.

There is alot of steep stairs and ladder. The weather always wet. The trail after the resthouse covered with mud, steep, moss, slippery and the trek really close with the slope and narrow. ** Trusmadi has strict concept... There has no dustbin / trash bin so must alert your own trash or garbage. Whatever you bring up please bring along your 'things' down... Please keep the mountain clean....
