If you are looking for a new and interesting place to visit in Tawau, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you should check out Teck Guan Cocoa Village. The road leading to Cocoa Village is well-paved, with no gravel, so all types of cars can access this place easily, even though it's located deep within the palm oil plantations. Parking spaces are provided for visitors, and the parking area is spacious and safe. You can park your car right in front of the entrance counter. This place is divided into two parts: Teck Guan Cocoa Village and Teck Guan Spring Waterfall. 🎫 Entrance Ticket: Standard Adult :RM20, Kid: RM 10 MyKad Adult :RM10, Kid :RM5 ⚠️No need booking, just walk in. In my opinion, visitors should visit the Spring Waterfall first before heading to Cocoa Village because the Spring Waterfall has a scheduled itinerary. You need to take a vehicle provided by the management to get to the Spring Waterfall. Once you return from the Spring Waterfall, you can then visit Cocoa Village. The Spring Waterfall has just opened, and I was thrilled to be among the first visitors to see this place. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the waterfall is beautiful. There is also a cafe where you can enjoy drinks and food while watching the waterfall. However, please note that visitors need to walk up some stairs, and the stairs are quite steep, so keep an eye on your children. Next, for the Cocoa Village part, if you have purchased a ticket, don't forget to redeem a cup of cold cocoa drink! The area is spacious with many beautiful photo spots. The air is also very fresh. There is also a playground for children to play. The statues showing how cocoa is processed are very cute. Restrooms are also provided for customers. Visitors can also buy Teck Guan products and souvenirs at their store. In conclusion, this place is beautiful. It is suitable for bringing your family for a relaxing day out. I hope Teck Guan continues to maintain their facilities well.

Certainly! Here's a rephrased version of your experience: --- I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 1. The staff at the ticketing counter was not friendly and failed to provide us with clear information about the available services. We initially thought there was only one café, located near the waterfall. We told him we wanted to go to the café, but they sold us tickets to Café Cocoa Village instead, which cost RM10 each. Upon realizing we were at the wrong café, we requested a refund but were informed that refunds were not allowed. 2. We then purchased new tickets for the waterfall café, which cost RM6 each. Unfortunately, the destination was quite far, and heavy rain began unexpectedly, making it impossible for us to reach the café. To make matters worse, the transport wasn’t fully enclosed, leaving us completely soaked as we had no choice but to return to the pickup location. 3. Therefore, we just wasted RM48 for nothing in this place. I am highly disappointed with the services provided. This is going to be my first and last time ever visiting here.

Good experience as a local tourist. Entrance fee of RM60, which have to prebook at least 3 days before, with a minimum of 4 person in a group. I was amazed with the view of cocoa village. Then, We were introduced to process of Cocoa planting and even tasted the raw cocoa, sweet! After that we were brought to Cocoa Cultural Spring with the hope of seeing the hidden treasure, unfortunately due to heavy downpour the days before, we only managed to witness Majesty Waterfall. While waiting for lunch to be served, we captured moments around the cocoa village. Best part, FOOD! Served in big portions and many varieties. We were 5 in a group, but food served for 8-10. Very delicious lunch, fruits & desserts. Pandan coconut was served too, so refreshing! It does taste different from the commercial pandan coconut. I would strongly recommend to visit this place, preferably not after rainy days. I would say the experience & hospitality worth the entrance fee. #kalaubukankitasiapalagibah #supportlocaltourism

Very bad, Don't come here everything is close. Just look playground is close, Cocoa House is close, House Tress is close, Zipline game from tree to tree is close, Waterfall is close, Hiking site is close. Then if everything close so what you wanna us to see, not only they didn't mention this in their site but it's taken so long to reach the destination Entry fee is same adult and Children which is RM10 & What you can only see is the scenery and that's all so is that worth RM10, it's not, Tea garden is much cheaper and better than here only RM2 and if you in school uniform then free So not worthy coming here, also beverages and food taste so bad Don't come and waste your money guys, My family and I came here with total RM90 and nothing special in this place, so expensive So coming here make you regret it, instead find somewhere else in Tawau that's much better okay

Entrance fee was Rm10 per adult and Rm5 per child which includes a welcome Cocoa drink. Cocoa drink is really nice 👍🏻. However, there’s nothing much at the moment not so worth the travel. We were expecting to get to see or tour on how they harvest the Cocoa and process them into the end product but we see NONE of that. There was also no gallery to show/explain how the entire process of growing the Cocoa, to harvesting, to processing and packaging. We were not offer any of the above. When we asked the person at ticketing counter what’s available, he just say cafe and many place to take photo. Their focus was more on the nature, photo taking, zipline, etc.. which to me I feel is good to have but not the main point for visiting Cocoa farm. Maybe wait for them to finish building the place first, and figure out what exactly is the main attraction for this place.

A nice place to see cacaos, take pictures and spend time with friends. However it’s not OKU handicapped / senior citizens friendly. They still have to pay normal price for the tickets for entry even if they aren’t able to get to the entrance due to no handicap facilities (even parking lot). The buggy car is also just for display. Some of the sightseeing places are closed (souvenir shops, bird trees, ziplines, waterfall). Pay RM10 per entry and get Hoko 3 in 1 drinks. I’d rather pay lesser than that and buy my choice of desserts/foods in their cafe and tons of souvenirs. The ticket is only worth it if you’re able to experience all activities, with all your friends / family members (including the disabled ones). Hopefully Teck Guan Cocoa Village can improve on this anytime soon
