Air-conditioning is OK. Overall cleanliness is average except bathroom. Many black ants everywhere. Food containers must be closed. Fridge is good. No kitchen utensils. Cooking is not allowed anymore. Not suitable for wheelchair users. Water heater is broken. Low water pressure yet so cold. Bring own electric kettle. Public Wifi not available.
