Firstly, this waterfall or stream is under air Selangor remember that. Once entered need RM10 for parking but there is no proper parking. I'm not sure why they charging 10 ringgit...worthless. you can see stream so if you want to reached the falls you need to cross the stream and need to walk deep into woods...but the surprise is you will see board "dilarang masuk" which is you don't have the permission to enter the wood to reach the falls. There are guard there watching us from air-conditioning room. If want to cross the stream please be careful which is very slippery. If want to reach the waterfalls need to go quite. If caught prepare RM30,000 or lock up for few months...but still many people going in and out. When we want to go inside the guard sounds us to not enter but he also saw some coming out from there and keep quite...and we asked the person who come out from there " Not supposed to enter but many people going in so so no problem, you can go". So depends on your luck. If you don't want to go waterfall just want to enjoy in stream my advice better don't..I saw many insect which I didn't see other places and many leeches there which is quite dangerous (experience from this place). And due to air Selangor using that stream water they filtering in and released the dirt there too. So the stream is very smelly. And the stream very slippery.regreted to decide to visit this...

The Google map location is not accurate. Go straight to the end of the road and park there. The space is limited there. We parked at a parking area before the trailhead. Paid RM10 for parking and toilet. It's around 10 minutes walk to the trailhead and it's quite dangerous due to construction nearby.

It's a fun trek that takes us 1 hour to the waterfall and 40 minutes back to our car. The trail involves walking pass the river a few times so it's better to wear water shoes.

Probably because it's a Monday afternoon, there was no one during the trek besides us. The trek was quiet and peaceful. We saw many beautiful butterflies and dragonflies along the way.

When we arrived at the waterfall, there were a few groups of people. I love that the water is not deep (Those who like to swim might not like this). I can walk to the spot near the rocks and feel the strong rush of water running down my back.

A good stopover from Colmar Tropicale to KL. Highly recommended if...

This place is absolutely stunning. The overall ambiance is great, and it's not overly crowded, which makes the visit quite comfortable. However, I must mention one issue I encountered during my visit. There was a man stationed near the pathway to the river and waterfall, requesting RM1 from visitors without providing any receipts in return. This seemed suspicious and potentially a scam. It would be more reassuring if proper documentation was provided for such transactions.

On the bright side, the prices for food and drinks were reasonable and not inflated, which is always a plus. However, I did notice some ongoing construction of the Genting tunnel and nearby living quarters for contractors, which unfortunately marred the natural scenery to some extent.

Overall, despite the minor drawbacks, the beauty of this place shines through, and I would still recommend it...

Enjoyed a quick hike to this waterfall. It’s a nice place to go especially during the morning when the water very cold 🥶 So far the trail towards the waterfall is easy. Terrain is relatively flat but it can be slippery. There’s two routes to the waterfall, one through the tunnels and another one through the side of Karak Highway. We chose the first option. This trail is quite interesting because you need to cross the stream when you first started your journey. So, your shoes are will get wet from the beginning. There’s parking available but we felt that it was too expensive. RM10 per entry and then to enter the hutan there’s another RM1 charge per person. Nevertheless, will come here again! Please be mindful of your cleanliness and do not litter ya! 😊
