The experience was okay (7/10)
There weren’t any queue and we bought the ticket online, the entry process was easy. Just hope they will get the website ready and running completely soon, as some of the pages are not functioning.
The pros,
Anyone (adult/kid) can enjoy the animals encounter experience, you get to touch/hold some of the animals.
Large parking area, but not much of shady trees to have a good parking spot, don’t forget to bring the car sun shade 😅
Location is easy to access from both ways (South or North)
There are enough areas (tables/chairs/washrooms) to rest and go.
There are beautiful spots where you can take pictures.
The cons,
The place really needs improvement (this may include the rest area for visitors), so does the welfare of the animals. Some of the habitats are not well taken care of.
There aren’t any cafe/restaurant INSIDE the farm but there are some stalls selling junk food/beverages in the area. There is only one place to eat right before the entrance. I would recommend for the inside stall to sell at least something eatable rather than those junk foods 😅
It is highly recommended to place/allocate one or two staff at each of the animals cages so that visitor especially kids can have Q&A session. Some of the staff are so convenient to play phones or having conversations with each other though there are visitors passing through.
The guy in the reptile house who teased me with his favourite snake though I have informed him how scared I was with reptiles, he even asked my nieces and nephew to get hold of the snake and chase me around the house while warning me “to touch the snake before I get to leave the house”, but none of my nieces or nephew wants to do that. Sir your act is highly unprofessional, unacceptable and unforgivable. You may seen it as jokes but you never know how people are struggling on the inside just to put that one foot in the reptile house. Learn how to respect people’s wishes.
The guy who took the smallest horses breed for a walk, when my nephew tried to get close to the horse and he was shocked by the horse’s sound and screamed, where you gladly mocked him and said “why did you scream like that (as if my nephew scream like a girl), you should scream like (man voice scream)”, your comment doesn’t leave anything good but the uncomfortable feelings to the kid. Again this is something unprofessional, unacceptable and unforgivable things to do or to say.
I would say the visit would be the very first and last time to visit G2G Animal Garden. Though the places needs improvement I would actually love to visit again but due to the staffs behaviour, I don’t think I want to. Which is why first impressions are important.
Thank you for the...

For the fee that they impose, I would say that this place is a good enough place for kids especially to enjoy a petting zoo. Quite a lot of visitors here on peak time during weekend, but since the place is quite large, one will not feel so crammed inside
There are quite a number of animal specifies here and some of them are not found in other petting zoos like the alpaca so it is worth the visit in that sense
The area is also quite big and has enough shades, seating and has fans in some places - very much welcomed in our hot humid weather. Well, it is a petting zoo and it is expected that we will get sweaty anyway. One who don't want to get sweaty in a petting zoo can opt for those indoor ones then
Food to feed the animals can be bought inside the compound but there is not much for nor drinks options for humans inside the compound. There is a cafe but one will have to walk out a bit to enjoy food there. There is also a small souvenir shop that sells snacks and drinks in front of the ticket counter. Maybe one can buy snacks and drinks there first before entering the zoo
Other facilities like toilets and surau is also available but I can't review them as I didn't use them during the visit
There is a pony ride here but I somehow don't find it interesting as the track is very small and we will have to pay for the ride
The place looks a bit old though and to me needs some cheering up and better upkeep to stay competitive with other petting zoos. Nevertheless, aesthetics aside, it is still a good place for the purpose it serve
As we exit, we have the option to buy pre printed photos of us that they capture at the entrance. Similar to other places, the photos aren't cheap but hey, it is our decision...
Read moreG2G farm with kiddos. . Tickets: Affordable since its RM25 for adults per pax and our toddler below 90cm is free. Cash or Card payments can be used. E-wallets can also be used. Maybe if buy online (shopee) can get less RM1 and tix can be redeemed at counter. . Parking: We came in extra early since Saturdays it opens at 9.30am..so only 5 cars were there. Not to worry, plenty of parking lots. . Environment Experience: Not much trees or cover from the sun so wear a hat/cap/sunnies and most importantly some sunscreen. Even at 9.30am it was very very sunny and hot. . The place has variety of animals BUT they were NOT roaming around. Majority of them are in cages but you can hold and pet guinea pigs and rabbits. Basically theres plenty of animals to snap photos of. You can even feed them (but for RM10 charge per a cup of veggies… and RM5 for seeda to feed parrots). . Quite jakun since 1st time feeding parrots and see them kopek kuaci with its beak and tongue. Here u can also snap photos together holding those parrots and snakes. Loving the capybaras! . The goats were also aggresively hungry too but theres no ‘goat climb on you’ experience since they were behind cages. They are always wanting more food. . Keep in mind tht you cannot bring outside food since prior to purchasing tickets but so far they dont check bags. The prices for food and beverages were ok lah.. standard. Not very expensive. . The price of family photo is very ridiculous.. RM50 per piece… unlike other tourism spots usually RM30ish. . Verdict: Spent 3hours here including lunch time since they have a convenient cafe. So many variety of animals to see and feed. Nice sunny weather and experience here was...
