Simply beautiful. The shipwreck is partially above the water surface and you can take nice photos. If one doesn't know swimming the site is perfect and the water is shallow.

Large corals have grown on the shipwreck. The entire site is full of colorful fishes. Swimming there feels like you are in a aquarium. One of a kind experience.

One can enjoy more when its less crowded. So recommend start early and have a wonderful experience when alone.

Once other boats start arriving the water become bubbly and visibility lessens due to which one won't see the best...

Located in Vaavu atol. This shipwreck is Half-submerged in the crystal turquoise ocean. The shipwreck is speculated to be an Indonesian vessel that drifted in. Like all wrecks, Healthy corals and schools of fish call this wreck home, among them are table corals and clownfish. We can swim through the captain's cabin, and hold onto that iconic bicycle attached to the hull for picture. The ship is about 10-12 meters depth. This spot is one of the recommended...

Diving amidst the wreckage of a beautiful sunken fishing trawler in the Maldives was an enchanting experience. The vibrant hues of countless fish surrounded me as I delicately fed them crumbled cookies underwater. It was a surreal underwater ballet of colors and marine life, making each moment a captivating dance...

Do you think the result was worth it? 😅 During my recent visit to @visitmaldives we got to explore this cool shipwreck located in the Vaavu atoll 🤩 While the underwater looks amazing, my friends @ishotmaldives and @mgtenazas wanted to get some drone videos and asked if I wanted to climb the boat and model for them and of course I said yes!!😆 I have to say it was not an easy task, getting there and maintaining the balance was a bit challenging as I was only standing on one foot most of the time because the surface was uneven 😅 but I managed and love the result! It was a bit overcast so the colors were not as blue as they should be but still looked great! Big thanks to the team at @oceansapphiremv for helping me get there and to the videographers @ishotmaldives @mgtenazas The shipwreck is thought to be an Indonesian ship that sank near Keyodhoo Island where it got its name from, it’s also a very cool spot to snorkel, it even has an underwater bycicle for cool pics! If you visit Maldives make sure to visit! 🚁 Shot with @djiglobal Mavic Pro . . . #visitmaldives #vaavuatoll #bts #shipwreck #drone #aerialshots #Keyodhoo #maldives #djimavicpro
