The Battery can be reached either by sea or by foot. There are 3 trails that can lead you directly to this post, it only takes around 30 mins hike to arrive from Blue Lagoon or from Santa Marija bay. The Battery was restored 2 years ago to its original state by Din L- Art Helwa. For those who wish to know more about the purpose why this fortifications was built can come to Santa Marija Tower and we will be happy to share our experience with you.

An 18th Century Battery at the Southern Point of the island. Recently restored with most of the guns. The Battery is quite small and commands and incredible view of the channel between Malta and Comino. Definetly worth the walk. Beneath the Fort lie some incredible caves although access to caves is dangerous
