Just off the clifftop road is an unusual landscape of overhanging rocks that look like a wave of sand frozen in time. You also get great views of the cliffs to the west from here. I walked out there from Wied il-Mielaħ, but there's space to park if you're driving. The road is pretty rough in places though. Well worth a stop if you're in the area.

Beautiful waves of hard sand, formed by the wind over long time. AND PLEASE EVERYONE! do not hang or stamp on anything that are created by nature! seeing on some photos, there was someone hanging on the waves! they risked destroying the nature creations!!!

We really enjoyed this place. We were completely alone, and it was amazing. The views are stunning, the place is quiet, and it's the perfect spot to take amazing photos or just relax and admire the scenery. I highly recommend it.
