This appartement has nothing to do with a five star's. We stayed in the first floor for 5 nights. Let's talk about positive things first, you have a beautiful view from the balcony, that's was our first reason to book it. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal. And you get bus facilities just down the building to take you everywhere around the island. And the staffs are friendly and answer to all your questions, what was really nice. Now coming to the negative points. We were bitten by bed bugs ,the first night we didn't sleep at all just itching in the whole body and head. The next day I washed all the bed sheets as they provide you with a washing machine. But the second and the rest of the night was same couldn't sleep and we didn't want to use the second room because they have two single small beds for kids and I didn't want to sleep in the sofa bed because of my back. We were so tired and upset about our skin rashes and itchiness that I couldn't tell them about this issue as they were a friendly team. When we came back home went to the doctor and he confirmed that we were bitten by bed bugs. Then I wrote to them and they started to be in the defensive situation. This appartement is very basic not good value for money €1 335 for 5 nights and you need to be careful about water and electricity. They even send you a picture of there energy meter, which I've never seen in my whole life in all the countries I have been. Now they don't want to take any responsibility about the bed bugs despite I've told them to check on your mattress because of the number of people sleeping on that bed. Their reactions to my complaint shocked me not professional at all they are here just to make money. Last thing the bathroom is moldy and very small so anyone wants to go there you know what you will find. I am why people don't tell them entire truth about everything that would help a lot before booking...

we chose this apartment because of its location on the island, it's perfect for accessing the beautiful beaches of the island, for taking the ferry and visiting gozo, everything is nearby and if you don't have a car , the buses are right in front of the entrance - for the evening, in 7 minutes by car or a few bus stops there are many good and many restaurants in Buġibba, there is also a good restaurant right in front (pepe nero) an excellent trattoria 750m away (La Buona Trattoria del Nonno) and an extraordinary Chinese restaurant right next door (lili's) - The 5th floor apartment is comfortable and functional, the air conditioning works very well like everything else, the apartment has a incredible view of the bay, the elevator stops at the 4th, there is just a small floor to do, we had no problem parking, there is always space in the street, you have to just be careful not to park in front of the garages. We had very very good contacts with Ruth and Neville who gave us good advice for visits and were always available in case...

We spent 10 nights in this apartment with family. It was spacious, very clean with good equipment - oven, toaster, fridge, microwave, washer, ironing table and we found nothing missing there. I was afraid of missing air-conditioning, but if was not necessary. Fans and fresh air made good comfort inside. Owner was very helpful during the booking as well as during our stay. They accepted very late check-in due our flight schedule. Thank you for nice starter - bottle of good vine and our first breakfast in the fridge. They helped us to book our one day trip to Blue lagoon with discount. I really recommend, it was great experience. Location of apartment was good, the area was not overcrowded, there was still chance to park rented car. It was ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful sandy beaches at Malta as well as sights Valletta, Mdina, Blue caves, etc..
