Time Twisters - Outdoor Recreational Park — Attraction in Cottage

⚠️ I visited time twisters outdoor playground to ask for a quotation for my son's birthday few days back. The lady in charge was not available, so other staff told me to call her directly. On the phone, I clearly explained my requirements and she quoted me Rs250 per child and Rs 50 for any additional accompanying parent. Based on this, I planned my budget and went ahead with the booking. Before leaving that day, I even asked the other staff present there if they had a price list for birthdays as the lady was not quite helpful on the phone and they said they did not . At no point was I informed about any other pricing or packages. From the very start, I found the lady in charge cold and not very helpful, but since she was pregnant and because my son really liked the place, I still decided to proceed with the booking.

To my shock,on the day of the event, when I went to settle the bill, I was suddenly charged Rs 550 per child- more than double the original quote. When I questioned this,she completely denied ever mentioning Rs250 and instead showed me a price list for packages that she never shared with me beforehand.

I had budgeted Rs 6000 for the party, but due to this misleading information I ended up paying more than Rs 12,000. Such a massive last-minute change is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unfair to customers who trust the information given to them.

I am sharing this experience so that other parents do not face the same disappointment. Clear and honest communication is the minimum...

On SAT 21 June 2025, We paid our child’s entry to this place , we were welcomed by the staff present and we went inside for our child to play. A lady (client) was unhappy on our presence and asked us leave. She cleared that she booked a private party for a birthday. Upon consulting with the staff, the package that the lady booked was not of a private party cost thus it was open to others. The staff even confirmed that since it was not a private party no board sign of ‘private event’ was put. The client called the owner (english speaking ) and was shouting. The owner then was forcefully trying to refund us our money when we didn’t ask for it specifically when the mistake was their management (to note: the owner is not present when there are issues at this place thus staff cannot take decisions). At the party the lady and her family member (specifically a man came super close to me and harassed me thrice and menaced me to leave) based on my color and religion. There was No security or authority at this place to protect our family and my child. No staff or intervention was done , we were subjected to violence specially with my baby of only 3 who just wanted to play. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN if you are not equipped to open a recreational place that is safe for children...

Awful place. Advertised as an outdoor water play park but couldn’t be further from the truth. Charged 250 Rupees per child and when we got in was actually a school. Students and teachers there. They made a maintenance person turn on the water to one splash pad for 20 minutes then turned off the water to go clean another area. Most of the play areas were roped off and broken. Severely unkempt. Teachers came to tell off the children for being on the playground as they had been in the splash pad and were damp. Photos of play areas are not accurate. Most of the activities in photos closed off or broken. Shouldn’t advertise as a play park at all as they are a school. Definitely do...
