It's a 2.9 km easy hike. From the parking lot to the top of Plateau Resmousse took us about 50 minutes. Most of the hike is in a shaded forest with rivers. There are many more trails to explore in that area.

Le plateau Remousse est un point de vue magnifique situé dans le parc national des gorges de Rivière Noire. La randonnée pour y accéder est agréable. Elle est en libre accès et n'est pas particulièrement difficile mais tout de même éprouvante pour les débutants. Le chemin est fleché. Prévoyez également de l'anti-moustique et de quoi séchez vos pieds et chaussures (il y a deux passages de la rivière). La vue là-haut est superbe et vient récompenser vos efforts.

Depuis la grotte, la montée fait 1,2km. Pente raide mais chemin goudronné presque tout le long. Les parties non goudronnées sont en terre sans gros cailloux. Très praticable. Bon effort sur courte distance. Au sommet, point de vue intéressant sur Tamarin. Ok avec des enfants.
