The soldiers are extremely rude and vulgar. I had my little brother ask me if he could take a picture of a sign there because he found it funny how it said “tart” instead of “start” and the soldier told me I was sick in the head and that it was prohibited when the rules don’t mention anything against taking pictures of signs. He insulted me and my 14 year old brother. Clear lack of incompetence and such an embarrassment on behalf of SMF to have Mauritian soldiers be so ill-mannered ironically in a zen park.

After lunch at Phoenix mall, I would always consider a little visit at sodnac wellness park. Very close. Approx 10 min walks. Very cozy and big park for a jogging, walk and stretching. I would brind my lunch some time. Beautiful scenery. Grasp of fresh air. There is so a small hills which is very easy and accessible to public. Highly recommended to go in group and clicks some beautiful pictures. However there is a very small parking lots. The entry is free. And open during working hours only.

36yrs zis year ... I still remember going there since 10yrs and during whole secondary school days walking all around z area n sodnac it was already outstanding and was a regular in z area...it's more safe now and it's one of the few places that our municipal council been able to improve and keep natural beauty .... sole drawback; Just too many cars at certain time, people going overthere in z area don't enjoy walking though living in z neighborhood. Still I hope we preserve the hill and landscape...

Has both access from phoenix and sodnac. Not official parking but you can always find some space around the park along the streets. The park is rather huge with mixed terrain range from dirt to grass, with various degrees of elevation and depression with the ultimate peak being the candos hill whick can be accessed from the park itself. Has some.kiosk and sitting space. Water dispenser out of order for the moment. Couldn't find the toilet. Wished the park would have stayed opened till later...
