Las Nubes Bodegas y Viñedos — Attraction in Baja California

We where disappointed, we arrived at 435pm. Sign says, wine tasting till 5pm. We are told you can buy a glass or a bottle of wine but you cannot do wine tasting. What kind of service is that? If you close at 5pm than serve till 5pm. We will never go back to this vineyard.

Maybe they should get some classes on amazing customer service from the vineyard down the road El cielo and Juaquin. You want great service and great wine go to El Cielo and see juaquin.

I will for sure let all my friends and family know about the unwelcome service at bodegas clouds. I guess in 25 min you cannot taste wine. They have to throw you out an exactly 5pm. The gentleman with the glasses did not give us any options. Well we took ourselves else where. Great experience! We arrived in the evening and the vinicola was closed. We were still able to dine at the restaurant. The staff were incredible, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They were attentive and although the food did take a little while, there was no rush for us because we got to enjoy delicious wine and the beautiful view. Food finally arrived and it was incredible! The fish was amazing and the chicken plate we ordered was delicious.

Nice winery in a good location. I came to do some wine tasting and had a cheese board. I really enjoyed most wines except the pink, wasn't very fresh tasting, a bit dry for me. The cheese board was good and had a good variety on it , to go with the wine. I didn't reserve , so was offered a bad table, and it was so hot. Honestly I feel like they need better shade for there tables and some fans or something to help on really hot days. The view they have is really nice.
