I visited Playa El Bebe on Sunday December 10th 2023 with some family. We attempted to park along the wall of the pemex plant but as we were walking down to the beach a man stopped us and said he charges for parking and that where we were parked was private property. We weren't planning to pay for any beach entrance that day but didn't want problems either. He said we could drive down to beach, that helped us change our minds. It was about $5-$6 american dollars. We drove into their dirt beach parking lot and just went for a walk to enjoy the sunset. There were a couple ATVs or motocross driving back and forth so just be careful if you have a pet or small child in case they don't see them. It was very pretty.
