I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It is nestled in the woods (hard to believe for Juarez) and it's very, very clean. The fee into the water park is very reasonable as well as the entrance into the zoo. The water slides were closed (probably due to Covid-19) but we enjoyed the place just as well. Both times that I've been there (arriving at opening time on 2 different Tuesdays) it was impossible to find a tiny piece of trash on the ground. It is well equipped with picnic tables as well as grills for cooking. There's a store that sells practically anything you need for a picnic plus another area sells food already cooked. The kids swim area is very nice, though some areas need a little touch-up. I never used the swim areas but the people that I brought were delighted. The zoo was another wonderful surprise. The first time we visited the people at the front were very friendly with our group of over 60 people. On the second trip with 77 people the people at the front acted like we were a big bother. The cashier at the zoo was less than friendly and, again, we felt like a bother to her. But we overlooked that; we didn't let that ruin our day. I highly recommend this place. I'll be taking more groups in the future. I don't understand why the main road doesn't have enough signs leading you directly to water park and the zoo, but my GPS led me...

As soon as we got there, it looked straight out of a horror movie. It was in the middle of nowhere, really sketchy. On the way there, I honestly thought it was gonna be a pet store more than a zoo since there were so many stray dogs running around.
The only thing we saw and for free was 2 llamas, 4 donkeys, and 1 pony.
The pools and water slides were green and filled with leaves, the lunch tables were in terrible condition as well.
We were the only ones there, so we left right away.
I saw a 1 day ago review, it was 5-star saying that the park was really pretty, and all I’ve got to say is... that’s a straight up lie.
Wasn’t worth the 12...

We wanted to visit because we like animals, but it's in a horrible location, in the middle of a dirty sketchy residential area....we actually thought our Uber driver was lost after he started taking us down a bunch of dirt roads piled up with trash and stray animals running around! We finally pulled up, and the place looked old and run down, we weren't even sure it was open, even though it was 2pm on a Sunday afternoon, the (unpaved dirt) parking lot was totally empty! We decided to cut our losses and go back to our hotel, waste of 200 pesos...
