Honestly I didn’t have a problem until this last time but this horrible experience deserves a negative 3 stars. So after we called the main headquarters and had them call the store we were told that due to the pandemic we could only have one adult with one kid. So later that day we had my wife book an Uber because we are visiting and literally have nothing to eat for our small Childern) and she went alone. They then denied her to go in because she is pregnant. Keep in mind that literally didn’t stop her from flying to Mexico, taking an Uber, or visiting the dozens of stores we went to before. So she spoke with several people and explained that she has small Childern and that we NEED food. They couldn’t do anything and so she thought ok I’ll order online outside the store and get then I’ll return with food. Side note, The ad that I just watched promises less than 90 mins. It was 8ish and the store closes at 11 according to Google so no worries right? WRONG! After she made an order they told her something to the effect that they couldn’t do it now and it would be ready tomorrow at 10am. Seriously! So Dumb! Seriously though if she was a single mom with a baby or pregnant mom without help what would she do?? If our child needed Tylenol or there wasn’t any diapers or formula. Shame on you Chedraui for making the pandemic worse for mothers!

Read moreEl servicio al cliente es pésimo desde el gerente que no es capaz de dar la cara para resolver los fuertes problemas que tiene la tienda y por consiguiente los cajeros y empacadores hacen su voluntad y le faltan el respeto a la gente. Les invito de verdad a qué hagan un ejercicio de Mistery Shopper para que vean el servicio tan pésimo que tienen en esa tienda. Lo único que hice fue preguntarle al cajero si estaba abierta para poder pagar y su respuesta fue retarme. Ojalá atiendan el comentario y resuelvan esta área de oportunidad y puedan volver a posicionar esta tienda como lo que era hace algunos años.
