Beautiful place to connect with nature, learn a have a peaceful and calm time. Perfect to go just 2 days or even one week. They have incredible activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, camping, swimming and more. Estoy completamente satisfecho con mi experiencia en Rancho Santa Elena. No solo tienen un excelente servicio, sino que también cuentan con una atención al cliente imecable. Las personas que conforman el staff son honestas y realmente comprometidas con el cliente. Lo anterior lo digo porque el fin de semana pasado fui y de regreso a casa me di cuenta de que había olvidado mi reloj junto al lago y por suerte recordé masomenos por dónde lo dejé. Cuando llamé a sus números teléfónicos les comenté de mi problema y me hicieron el gran favor de buscar mi reloj en donde yo les comenté que lo pude haber dejado. en menos de 5 horas, el staff ya lo había encontrado y ya habían generado mi orden de envío para mandarlo por Fedex. Cuando les mandé mi dirección me confirmaron el envío y nunca me pidieron el dinero equivalente al costo de envío hasta que yo les pregunté. En menos de dos días ya tenía de regreso mi reloj que tan preciado es para mi. Por esto afirmo que el staff es honesto, responsable y realmente comprometido con el cliente. Les agradezco inmensamente el esfuerzo que hicieron por buscar, encontrar y enviar de vuelta mi reloj. Definitivamente voy a regresar a este lugar. Lo recomiendo 100%. Si deciden ir, pueden estar seguros de que van a un lugar con personas honestas y que nunca dudarán...
