This park is a great visit, but expect to pay two fees to enter. The reasoning behind these fees is poorly explained. You have to pay to enter the tourist area, which I assume is a fee for maintenance of said area, then pay the actual federal park ticket separate after leaving the area. There is no way to enter the park without first visiting through the tourist zone. It's incredibly unfortunate. The tour guides throw out prices and court you just like any other tourist box in Mexico, which makes it even more overwhelming and unappealing. Other than the initial entrance, overpriced goods, and shoddy tour guides it's a wonderful little hike to Ka'na Nah, I suggest hiking shoes during the December months with anti-slip, or after a heavy rain. The terrain is rocky and slick even down standard paths. Tread with care.

This was amazing. Fun hike in had the place to ourselves. Can't believe how amazing this place was. The Mayan ruins were awesome and it's unbelievable and must see.

Unbelievable... Do not miss. There's shade and refreshments. The ruins are are so unique because it's an entire village.

Very neat place to visit and learn of ancient culture. We choose to pay an extra 400 pesos and have a private guide that spoke English. Highly recomend this as he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us thru. This part was not part of the tour but you can walk here on your own and enjoy cenotes...
