We had an exceptional experience! From start to finish the customer service was beyond top notch. The communication beforehand was great. They made sure that we had all the information we needed and ensured that the pick up went smoothly. They do a superb job to tell visitors exactly what to expect, how to prepare, and what is included and what is not. One thing that their excellent communication did miss is that apparently there are 3 more options for pick up points so if zona romantica isn't ideal for you I'd suggest asking about the alternatives. The driver and the van are first class. It's a quick 15 minute drive from zona romantica to the site which is a well cared for jungle scene. You are warmly greeted upon arrival and dive right into getting ready to zip. Our guides were so much fun! They're funny, helpful, accommodating, and do an excellent job of creating a lighthearted and jovial environment which allows everyone to laugh and have a great time. It's very obvious that they're loving life and that sets the tone for the whole experience. Nothing ever caused me to question safety in the slightest. I went with my wife and two kids (aged 8 and 10) and we all had a blast. The tour is not very physically demanding at all. If you're fit enough to walk 3 flights of stairs, you'll be fine. I'm a thrill seeker and thought that ziplining would likely be too tame for me but I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. There are a few times throughout the tour that you may have the option to go on a zipline with your guide and hang upside down while the guide spins you! That definitely takes it to the next level for those who want to spice it up. There's good variety in the ziplines so you're not having the same experience 11 times in a row. You start off smaller to ease you in, followed by a mix of longer lines, higher lines, faster lines, and even a line that they swing side to side while you zip. The zipline portion takes roughly 1 to two hours depending on the size of your group. After your ziplining is over you have some hangout time to either dine at the restaurant, have a drink, view/purchase the photos they took of you, do the tequila tasting, or cool off in the river. We chose to swim in the river. The water is crystal clear and clean. In mid December the little swimming hole was about 4-5 feet deep so you can definitely bring your swimsuit and hangout fully submerged. It feels great! You're not able to take your own photos but the photos they took were wonderful. I was very tempted to buy them but the $50 usd price was just too high for us. This brings me to the most important part of this review. You need to know that tipping is very much a part of this tour. Personally, I was happy to tip and I appreciated the clarity around the topic. I don't like when I don't know if and when I should tip and how much but that wasn't a problem. I found that they addressed it in a helpful and tasteful way but some people will definitely find it assertive. At very least the expectation is that you generously tip your guides and the van driver, the tequila tasting server if you do the tasting, and obviously your servers if you choose to dine at the restaurant so make sure you bring a decent amount of cash with you. The business model is clearly to offer a more affordable zipline tour (at this time it was $99 on the direct website, $80 if you just showed up, and $36 on trip advisor!) with hopes to upsell you with photos, dining, and tequila afterwards. It can make for a somewhat awkward feeling if you don't want those things but I certainly wasn't made to feel unwanted or uncomfortable because we didn't choose those options. I whole heartedly recommend this zipline tour. It was an amazing experience made even better by the people who make it happen. If you're in PV don't hesitate to make this a part...

Nogalito Ecopark defines going the “extra mile”, I don’t say this lightly. I have to admit when we looked on a popular website to compare companies for ziplining parks to visit, I was hesitant because they were so much cheaper than other companies. We took the chance and I’m ESTATIC we did. We booked online through that popular website. We were told where we would be picked up and the allotted time frame for pick up. We were picked up on time and from the moment we stepped on the bus we felt welcome. We were a party of 4 adults. I make mention of this because 1 person in our party is deaf. At the park as we were going through what to expect, rules and gearing up, I was interpreting for my deaf sister and noticed a young lady come stand in my field of vision. Now this is not unusual because people are often interested when we use sign language and watch us BUT she waved at me and started to sign. I thought, what a coincidence, another deaf person so I turned my body slightly to acknowledge her and so she could see my words. She motioned and then signed that she was deaf and staff and that she would interpret for my sister. We were FLOORED (there was a slight learning curve as sign language can differ from country to country can differ)!!! Not only is this rare in the US (we generally have to hire someone, or family will interpret) but she was not alone, her deaf husband was also there and they took over the orientation for my sister. What a game changer!!!! This small staffing addition put us at ease with her understanding the adventure from a safety perspective and increased her comfort level so she could truly have fun! We geared up and headed off leaving Jackie and Enrique behind (wait…! they’re not coming with us? Oh NO!). We walked to our first zipline and as he began to explain again how to hook up to the line I interpreted and then it was my sister’s turn. I stepped up with her to interpret and he asked me “does she read lips?” Yes, I said. He replied, “I got this” and from that point forward he took care of her at each line like he did everyone else. He took the same care and time with her as he did with us, making sure she was safe and had fun! I don’t know who does the hiring at this company, but you get it right! Israel, Jose, Javier, Luis, Jackie and Enrique (If I forgot anyone…Sorry) made this adventure safe and fun! They cracked jokes, made sure we were engaged and having fun and even when my out of shape rear-end was so winded climbing those stairs (there are 3 lines that require climbing several stairs) they encouraged me, waited for me, offered me water and carried my guide (that hooks onto the zipline). The restaurant and photo staff were equally as engaging and professional. No, you can’t take your cellphone on the ziplines, but do you want to…and risk dropping it in the jungle (GOODBYE phone) as you’re screaming across a line? I found the photo package to be reasonably priced for all the pictures you receive. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. This review is NOT just shaped by our experience with the deaf staff member but ALL the staff members and how they treated each and every person they encountered. Our entire experience from pickup to drop off will be something that our entire party will...

23/2/23 Update

Our second trip, as great as the first! Javier & Carlos the BEST guides EVER!! Beautiful park, super safe.

Today there were 2 young boys, 4&7. The way Javier and Carlos took care of these kids was heart warming. I would not hesitate to take the little ones on this tour. And of course, ALL big kids, too.

Go fly with Javier and Carlos!

What a GREAT experience! We wanted to try a different canopy tour and I found this zip line course on Airbnb. Roberto hooked us up with Indigo Tours. The price was right, the scheduled time of 3 hours fit our schedule. We stay in Zona Romantica and the driver, picked us up in the designated spot right on time. From our area it was about a 20-minute ride down 200 into the mountainous town of Nogalito. Once we made it to the Nagalito Ecopark, we were greeted by a super friendly crew. They explained the process, gave us safety demonstrations, eased anxiety.

This course has 11 lines, each progressively higher and faster. Never once did we feel unsafe. Any fears were in our heads, totally unwarranted. The views were amazing.

After after the exhilerating descent, we found ourselves purchasing the photo package and enjoying a buffet style brunch by the river. Authentic all the way down to the homemade tortillas, as in made right there in front us, we were appropriately stuffed and ready to hop on the little bus to head back.

We've done several zipline courses and this one ranks up there with # 1. Shout out to Javier, Iran and all others. Sorry I cant remember...

I went to Nogalito about a month ago with my family to participate in zip lining, eat lunch and even go swimming in their little river too cool off. My experience was great. This place is very well maintained. Clean bathroom. The owner of this park is very serious about his guests having a pleasant experience. Ziplining was alot of fun. The guides were very funny and did a great job making me feel safe as I was enjoying every bit of it all. They offer a photo package at the end of your trip which you can purchase when we are done. I purchased ours and got about 80 very high quality photos. The food was really good. I loved all of it. They have tequila tasting as well. And, the best part, the owner even gave us a ride back into town without us even asking. Im sure that he needed to go into town anyways but the fact thst he offered us a ride was really awesome! It was a very spacious van with nice air conditioning! When I come back to visit I would love to try it out again. I recommend doing this one day for sure! Flying through the jungle mountains is a really cool experience!

For only $36 USD (per person) you get. Transportation, 9 ziplines, dip in the river, tequila tasting. From the moment we arrived the guides were hilarious and great vibes while making sure everyone is safe and sound and having a good time. Javier, Iran and another person we forgot the name of :( were so great, they always made sure that safety is number one priority. I got the chance to go upside down on one of the ziplines (must do), it was scary at first but so liberating and fun. All the ziplines were different and each one faster than the one before with incredible views. Restaurants was kinda pricey but thats how they make their money to keep the park running. We just had chips and guac but god damn the guac was so delicious (we are pretty sure its from the park as we saw many avocados growing on trees) They also took professionals pictures of us which was $1000 pesos for the whole album (35 pics) that is sent digitally. All in all, highly recommend going here to enjoy the immaculate vibes and views.
