Very clean beach and the water shimmers a mesmerizing gold colour. It's considered one of the favourites in the area for younger children but on a windy day, the waves are still pretty large and rough. Not exactly tranquil but I guess compared to other local beaches, it is. It's fairly remote if you don't have a car or use a taxi, but you can also bus and walk in. Count on at least a 20- to 25-min walk along the beach in that case. In the restaurant zone, the umbrellas are stacked so tightly together, you're nearly sitting on your neighbour's lap. Vendors are a constant parade up and down the beach; it gets rather tiresome with the more aggressive ones all day. If you aren't in the restaurant zone, this is a huge beach with tons and tons of room to spread out. Bring your own umbrella and it's an ideal place to swim...
