Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this park during my visit to Puebla. As a tourist from New Zealand who doesn’t speak Spanish, I found it very difficult to enjoy the playground due to a security staff member who seemed to follow me around and yell at me in Spanish, despite my repeated attempts to communicate that I didn’t understand.
I paid the entry fee (18 pesos to park) and was there with my child, who was excited to play. However, the security guard’s behavior made the experience extremely uncomfortable.
