Unfortunately, they are closed. After attempting 2 ruins that were over an hour away we gave up. I remembered that they have a government site for the ruins. Nothing in Quintana Roo is open. There are a few ruins open in Campeche. I suggest checking the government website before attempting any ruins at this time.
