El lugar parece chiquero, las escaleras al salir están negras de mugre y pegajosas. La peor parte viene cuando utilizas la app para comprar tus boletos de entrada y al llegar a la dulceria tienes que hacer una fila de más de 45 min, varias veces me quedé sin comprar para no entrar tarde a la función y en una de plano entré 15 min tarde. Peor aún en el estreno de Ant Man, estuvieron vendiendo paquetes promocionales por alrededor de $160 mn aprox la cubeta y el vaso según te daban acceso a una fila express que estaba mucho más tardada que la fila regular, la gerente se comprometió a subir los puntos de la compra del paquete a mi tarjeta Club Cinépolis y núnca lo hizo.
