Carine Hotel Delfine Beach — Attraction in Bijela

I would like to share my experience with Hotel Carine Delfin in Bijela, Montenegro. Unfortunately, my review will not be a positive one. The main problem was the attitude of the hotel owner. To our disappointment, she did not even introduce herself and was immediately very unpleasant. On the beach, some guests reserve sunbeds by wrapping towels around them, even though they do not sit there all day and thus block the places for others. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a policy of removing these towels, so some guests inconsiderately take up the spaces. My partner and I decided to remove one of these towels, as the sunbed was clearly not being used. After a while, an unpleasant young woman came up to us and arrogantly told us that these were her places and that the rest of her family would be arriving soon. She added that she was the owner of the hotel, which was later confirmed by one of the employees. Anyone can claim to be the owner without introducing themselves. Even a few hours after the incident, no one showed up on the sunbeds. This clearly shows the hotel owner's disrespect for other guests and her unjustified taking of places. I have never experienced such appalling and arrogant behavior from a hotel owner towards guests. Her arrogance and unpleasantness ruined the overall impression of the holiday. I would not recommend Hotel Carine Delfin based on the above. There are many other hotels in Montenegro that offer much better value for money and where guests are treated...

Hotel is disaster. Just arrive and get to know that we have to pay pillow payment. We have all inclusive. So drinks is disaster , cocktails the same in hotel is 4 places of cocktails macine and taste in all 4 are different. Brekfest meniu same all 7 days. Sallat in lunch and dinner is old because what left from the brekfest hottel is used to lunch and dinner. Reception comunication is tragick. When we arrive give us info that we can stay last day till the bus take us , but in the end they take us braslets and from 10:00 till 15:00 have to wait in reception loby barr in wich couldint dronk water.... Registration toilet just have pisor and onr tollet :d, beach dont have tualet. Workers in eating times is from the stone age if see kids or someting elso who make sanvdge or dring is going outaide they start to skreem and frow all in the garbidge . Lunch boks coust you additional 7 eur :d it dont change anything if you have all invluseve. Hotel program and funs as animators and activitys is orentated just for people from the France, other prople for all personal is 0 ....... When begin time to pat pillow payment pay just for card, for other our contry people was say that this payment is inposible and need to pay in cash. For one people with the kids brasleta of the hotel was vut down for others of 5 eur they was left so mentelity of local people is disaster .

So pls look wery cerfull to this hotel speciali when you chose because you can be wery surprised of mentality of...

We stayed for 1 week as an All incl. option between Aug 14-21, 2025.The hotel is clean with beautiful Seaview  & located in a small town of Bijela. Positives: -Good location -Next to the beach -Plenty of umbrellas and lounges available -Gorgeus view -Helpful and professional Reception and good housekeeping -water/pop/beer readily available in dispensers at the bars -Very good breakfasts

Negatives: Dinner/Lunch at the buffet is always cold or lukewarm. -Deposit for beach towels -Air conditioning in August was very poor and most likely turned off in the middle of the night, it got hot. -Entertainment 3 times per week is not enough -the additional entertainment inside was very poorly organized and catered to French people -The Wasps flying by the beach bar and getting into the dispensers with sweet drinks were annoying. Some type of pest control/baits should be used. -Kids were getting stung by wasps -Sea was cold  and gets deep very quickly (Obviously not the resort's fault but do keep in mind )

The Guy preparing "show cooking" at the buffet was not only rude and unpleasant but also a really bad cook. Please hire someone, who knows how to prepare local food.  Meat from his Grill was tough as a shoe, inedible with no spices, salt or pepper and no taste. Tough, overcooked every day. Sadly a waste of food. Lots of people were leaving his culinary experiments on their plates....
